Custody is a discipline of patience and precision. Our days are quieter than the trading floor, but our standards are higher. We expect every member of the firm, from the most junior clerk to the senior vault officer, to take personal responsibility for the trust our clients place in us.
We pay competitively, train extensively, and promote from within. The average tenure at Aurelian is over fifteen years. Many of our senior officers joined us as graduates.

We disagree directly, in person, before we disagree on paper. Memos are a poor substitute for a conversation.
